CARB (California Air Resources Board) has issued an alert for the southern part of the state below the Tehachapi Mountains indicat-ing high levels of aluminum oxide. This is a deadly gas formed when aluminum is heated to its melting point and comes in contact with crawfish causing a gas to form that can have a disastrous effect on the population. The side effects of breathing this gas can be devastating to adult males who drink beer from aluminum cans. Scientists have noted greatly diminished sex drive in victims that is not corrected by Viagra or similar impotency drugs. There is no known cure. Satellite sampling of the air has determined the Louisiana coast has been the source of this contamination and an investigation is on-going. CARB is considering offering a $100,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
